Job Title:
Workday Solution Architect
Atlanta, GA. 
Number of positions:
Reporting to the Head of HCM practice, the Workday Solution Architect is responsible for successful Workday Implementation and go live
Guide clients through all project phases including discovery, blueprinting, design, configuration and testing
Provide configuration insights to each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices
Assist clients in fully integrating the Workday system into their existing  business environments
Advise client on different options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Be the Workday functional expert and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
Very efficient with time management  and timely reporting progress to higher ups
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Workday solutions
Closely work with   delivery team to ensure deliverables are met on time and budget

Required Skills:
At least 2 years of Workday Implementation experience as a Solution Architect
Very strong HCM domain skills as a  functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines -  Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment
Workday certification is recommended
Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
Experience in re-engineering HR business processes
Good understanding of Integration concepts

Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
Excellent Oral and written communication skills

Self-driven, motivated and results orientated 
Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling
