Title: Digital Transformation Lead / Architect
Location: Any US location, candidate must be willing to travel up to 50%
•Establishing highly-effective and collaborative relationships with key stake holders and business partners
•Accompanying IT teams and Business Lines in the adoption of Digital Transformation pillars (including Channel/eCommerce, APIs, Private/Public PaaS, Big Data, and Analytics).
•Engaging with architects and Lead Design Authorities across for collaborating to define consistent, extendible, and reusable approaches and solutions
•Managing technical risk for all technical decisions and any platform dependencies
•Providing regular feedback to senior management and the key stakeholders
•Aligning with the security standards and guidelines to ensure systems are secure and protected against threats
•Minimum of 15 years of product Implementation Experience Preferably in Financial Services, Insurance or Technology; or in industries with similar legacy and innovation challenges
•10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, application architecture, and large-scale transactional system development
•10+ years of experience in end-to-end Java or C# development for large-scale enterprise systems
•Service-oriented architecture and middleware
•Hands-on experience of working as an Enterprise Architect/Solutions Architect in a Financial Services or Technology environment
•Technology background with early career hands on technical development experience.
•Successful delivery of significant projects within Banking, Capital Markets and/or Insurance, within the last 3 years.
•Leadership and/or oversight of architects designing individual components of a solution
•Technology Solution Architecture and design – from an application, infrastructure, data and integration perspective. Knowledge of industry EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF a plus).
•Experience in Agile delivery methods in a large-scale Program Delivery environment
•Negotiation and influencing skills with experience working across multiple lines of business to set priority and advocate for customer needs.
•Peer leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams to solutions.
•Strong analytical skills
Preferred but not mandatory skills:
•Define and coordinate the framework of the technical architecture to align the investments and the project decisions linked to the IS Strategy
•Supply technical platforms of the Digital Transformation (including Channel,APIs,Private/Public PaaS, Big Data…) and of the deployment of Cloud (Private and Public) as well as the common development / test / integration platform
