Total Experience: 7-10 years

Location: USA - No location preference, must be ready to travel.

*MBA full time is preferable.

 

Experience & Skill Expectations

 

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. Prior experience involving internet, start-up and SaaS IT projects is preferred
  • Experience in working with development, testing and operations teams, and tracking / coordinating project tasks and schedules
  • Expertise in gathering and documenting business / functional requirements and creating process flows, use cases and other similar artifacts
  • Exposure to various development methodologies including Agile / Scrum procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and manage people through a cross matrix reporting structure
  • Adept at handling pressure situations involving opportunities from multiple region client teams and global project teams
  • Ability to take initiative, work with minimal daily direction, and prioritize effectively to deliver accurate results
  • Prior experience as developer/tester/IT consultant is preferred
  • Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and detail oriented
  • Educational Qualifications – BE + MBA
  • Proficient in MS-Power point, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Visio skills

 

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • Techno functional resource- Domain knowledge in DAM
  • Own overall relationship with assigned Customers, which include: onboarding, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of satisfaction
  • Work with Customer stakeholders to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
  • Lead creation and maintenance of projects plans, schedule effort estimations, resource allocations, risk mitigation and status tracking. Provide oversight, management and domain leadership for implementation of projects
  • Conduct Business Analysis sessions for understanding client business processes, business needs and project and documented the requirements in the form of Use Cases. Conceptualized and documented software solutions
  • Drive team to mitigate risks, and provide leadership in removing obstacles/hurdles in achieving team and project objectives. Supervise all onsite-offshore program level activities and ensure quality metrics and deadlines are met
  • Provide input to the platform development team.
  • Conduct Demos, Coordinate UATs and Training sessions to facilitate smooth customer onboarding
