Title: Software Contracts Manager, Digital Software and Solutions Group (DS&S) of our Client
Reporting to: Head program management & fulfillment, DS&S Group
Role: Responsible for DS&S Group customer, partner and vendor contracts
Description and Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced software contracts person with a proven track record of providing outstanding and timely contract support.
In this role, the individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business, product and sales executives and work alongside them to drive engagements with our customers and partners. The individual will negotiate legal agreements and work with the corporate team of lawyers, finance, and accounting specialists, product managers and sales teams in order to solve legal and business challenges. The individual will be part of a highly-collaborative, close-knit team and work in an exciting, fast paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of licensing, software as a service, data privacy, confidentiality, and professional services agreements 
• Be the first point of contact in contracts for the Sales organization 
• Identify, advise on and help resolve legal and business issues in a practical manner while still protecting Our client interests 
• Respond promptly for requests for help from internal clients.
Background/Qualifications
• Required 4-year college degree; JD not required 
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience drafting and negotiating complex technology-related agreements in support of a sales organization
