Responsibilities:
• Own and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets for assigned regions/verticals.
• Achieve targets for realizable revenue commitments
• Maintain high win rate for qualified opportunities
• Convert Target Prospects into Clients
• Achieve Go-To-Market (GTM) Offering Campaign targets
• Drive the Clients Referral Selling Process
• Drive the creation and qualification of new sales opportunities
• Devise measures to position Our client's offerings to increase market share (to cross sell / up sell) among the target customer segments.
• Executive tracking to open new doors
• Support closing deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing & pricing
• Coach and review the opportunity/bid win strategies
• Plan for Market campaigns with respective operating unit heads and marketing team
• Ensure branding is represented properly in respective regions across important forums.
• Manage relationship with market analysts, Alliances
• Manage regional sales administration expenses.
• Channelize product improvements and upgrades through sustained feedback
Qualifications:
B Tech, MBA or equivalent.
No of years of Experience
10-12 years
No of years in Product Sales
5+
Skills and Experience:
• Understanding of IT Services industry and understanding of associated problem/ pain areas
• Understanding Infrastructure Domain
• Experience in B2B for selling Technology product
• Experience of selling new technology product
• Exposure and selling at the CIO/CFO/CTO Level
• Strong relationship and connect in the market
Other requirements
Experience in selling ITOM products to CIOs and CTOs will be a big plus
