Description:

Responsibilities:  You are a highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst who loves to analyze reports and data and propose recommendations and ideas to Sales Leaders. Primary responsibilities include identifying sales and revenue trends, ensuring compliance to sales practices, provide better transparency into the business, pipeline analysis, go-to-market coverage optimization, addressable market analysis, etc. You will present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making, operational change and investment. You will examine large quantities of data, quickly synthesize the value, make recommendations and confidently present to our leadership team with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude

Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)   0 - 5 years of experience in a sales operations role in an Enterprise software company, Strong analytical skills, Experience with forecasting with sales organization/sales field teams and making successful and impactful recommendations to leaders, Strong work ethic, Operates with the mindset on how to help and understands the impact of their work on the organization’s mission and strategies, Aggressively identify potential issues or challenges to the business and exercise judgement on the best course of action, Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from management, Great interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present content to general audiences, Lives in the San Francisco Bay area (and able to commute to Santa Clara office 80% of the time), Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics), MBA a strong plus.
