The Future Manufacturing Enterprise Team is focused on strategic area of CASE Automotive Business (Connected Autonomous Shared & Electric Automotive Business). Autonomous Vehicle Development technologies is the target for this job requirement within the CASE Automotive Business group. 

Job Description:   

Business Analyst will support the Product Owner for all business functions related to Autonomous Driving technology. The aspirant must be willing to operate in flat organization structure and across functional teams to leverage the best of capabilities available.

This role will join a team developing the next generation of autonomous driving solutions drawing on state of the art technologies including big data analytics, cloud, agile and automation, for solving business problems in the automotive and next-gen mobility industry.

Responsibilities:  

• Work with product owner and support functional and technical members of the product team. 

• Document solution requirements, architecture and implementation details in collaboration with the other teams. 

• Conduct opportunity analysis, technology assessments and partner product evaluation in line with product needs. 

• Undertake solution response preparation, solution estimation and client presentations for client based opportunities. 

• Prepare white papers and participate in technology forums through blogs and speaker sessions.

Measurement Metrics for the role include successful deliverables of Assets & Solutions and successful Client Engagements

Experience: 

• Background in Information Technology in the Automotive industry.

• Knowledge in Automotive Software Development and Engineering

• Knowledge of Agile development concepts such as Scrum and CI/CD

• Proficiently understand Systems Administration practices such as DevOps 

• Proficiently understand Networking and IT Security principles

• Experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) methods and tools

• Strong experience in eliciting, simplifying, organizing and managing requirements

• Proficient in translating business requirements to technical requirements

Qualifications: 

• 12+ years of automotive industry experience working at OEM / Tier 1

• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business executives in client organizations

• Understanding of artificial intelligence, big data systems, cloud computing, virtualization and containerization tools 

• Experience in agile software development process

• Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to translate business requirements to technical problem statements

• BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or a related field
