Description:

Role: Engagement Manager – Marketing (CX)
The CX Engagement Manager applies the discipline and leadership of management consulting to Customer Experience. We believe that companies that effectively manage CX out perform their industry peers. The CX Consulting Manager will advise clients on how they should leverage CX within their businesses. This includes improving service design, improving the sales and marketing operating model, and applying digital technologies to marketing, sales and service. 
This specific role focuses on the marketing aspects of CX. Examples include designing the Marketing Operating Model and advising on Marketing Automation. Candidates should have worked in marketing departments, or advised marketers from within a consulting practice.

Responsibilities include:
Plan and deliver management consulting engagements
 Perform functional and semi-technical analyst work
Lead Design Thinking workshops
Develop recommendations and proposals
 Act as a subject matter expert in sales and marketing
Some project and delivery management
Work with a diverse set of client and internal stakeholders
Work both on-site and off-site
Participate in sales activities

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in consulting
 Digital Marketing and Interactive Experience expertise
Strong business level understanding of digital technologies
Some level of understanding of business strategy
 Excellent communication skills: written, visual (PPT) and spoken
 Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe AEM, and Marketo 
Ability to lead client discussions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology (STEM) or equivalent
Master of Business Administration (MBA) is desirable
 Fluency in English is a requirement, additional languages is desirable
 Willingness to travel 80%
