Responsibilities:
• SuccessFactors HR advisory and Solutions lead will report to SuccessFactors Practice Head and be responsible for working with customers HR organizations and advising HR roadmap and architecture
• Will be responsible to work with customer’s HR organizations and advise on HR roadmap, architecture and organization change management strategy
• Define and drive strategies with respect to HR transformation
• Responsible for managing RFP/RFI responses and customer presentation.
• Ensure delivery of SAP solutions using Client’s delivery methodologies
• Manage the relationship with the customer key stakeholders and be Client’s "face" to the customer throughout the sales & delivery process
• Lead business requirements discussions with customer to implement SuccessFactors Solutions
• Understand the customers HR landscape and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving SuccessFactors solutions
• You will be required to guide our clients through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success for Cient and its customers in implementing the SAP SuccessFactors
• Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
• This position requires business knowledge, direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise of SAP SuccessFactors and may include team management for both onsite and offshore resources
• You will guide clients through best-practice project scoping and delivery to ensure overall project success in implementing the HR Solutions
• Ideal candidate should have a proven ability to provide technical direction for complex HR scenarios, and can collaborate with the business and developers and execute on agreed timelines.
• Be able to present Client’s end to end solutions and product-suite configuration options for SAP
Qualifications:
• Fifteen plus years’ experience in HR domain and technologies.
• Subject matter expertise in HR domain with the ability to demonstrate understanding of the HR processes and technologies and opportunities in that market.
• Experience in working with “C” level client executives both in the HR and IT space
• Ability to drive and define strategies.
• Demonstrated thought leadership and strong sales savviness
• Demonstrated capabilities of responding to RFP’s and sales presentations
• Global ERP Implementation experience working with multi-national companies in multi-cultural environments is a big plus
• Minimum 3 plus years of Experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
Good to Have skills:
• Any Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee central, Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Analytics)
• Published white papers and blogs on latest HR trends, SaaS adoption etc.
