We are looking for a highly self- motivated Inside Sales Representative to achieve inside sales revenue goals by obtaining and upselling orders, creating customer satisfaction, and adding value to the customer’s buying experience . This is a great opportunity to join a leading distribution company focused on customer service and expanding our market share. This position will require the employee to be on-site 3 + days per week at one of our customer campus locations in Midland, TX. The rest of the work week will be spent in-office at our location in Odessa, TX.
Inside Sales Representatives will be expected to:
Partner with outside sales professionals to drive profi growth
Market products and offer value-added services to customers
Develop strong business relationships in growing existing accounts
Prospecting for opportunities within the account base
Owns, qualifies and develops opportunities passed from marketing, outside sales and national accounts
Keep abreast of new products acquire and relay competitive knowledge
Successful Candidates Will Possess:
Inside Sales experience within a similar industry –3 years required 5 years preferred
Experience in telephone sales or business development – 3 years required 5 years preferred
Familiarity with performing both pricing and quotation work - preferred
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Capable of meeting and or exceeding monthly activity and sales goals
Valid driver's license
Experience:
Inside Sales: 3 years ( Required )
Product knowledge in Electrical, Safety, MRO and Datacom ( Preferred )
Familiarity working with Industrial and Oil/ Gas accounts ( Preferred )
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Candidate Must Have:
Inside Sales experience - 3 years required
Pricing and quotation experience
Customer service skills
ability to travel/ work on-site at client location weekly
valid driver's license required
