Support & Triage Web Applications

 

The candidate should posses the following skills. Minimum of 13 Years IT Consulting experience

 

"* Python

* GO

* REST Services

* ExpressJS

* Node.JS

* Angular.JS

* NGINX

* Sequelize

• Confluent Kafka

* ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, FluentD"

"* Resposible for building dashboards with support of Devops team to monitor applications 

* Use ELK stack to Triage and Identify the impacting system for issues

* Should be able to navigate through the logs and be able to do basic troubleshooting to identify the root cause or systems causing the issue

* Should be able to articulate issues and route them to the engineering/devops teams 

* Should be able to resolve basic issues or reruote them to the right enginerring teams

* Resposible to monitor the system and report  anamaulous applications/systems behaviour  

* Resposible to monitor and report User Experience Issues
