Description:

The individual will be responsible for managing marketing demand generation activities for Digital Software and Solutions (DS&S) Group’s products globally including campaigns, field marketing, and digital marketing.  This critical role requires a professional deeply steeped in modern B2B marketing practices.  The individual will be responsible for defining and executing the demand generation programs, working in lockstep with the marketing and sales teams, and delivering measurable results to drive growth.  This is a unique opportunity to put your stamp on a market-leading and rapidly growing business, putting the demand generation programs, processes and measurements in place to take the company to the next level.  You will work with smart, high-energy people in a high-velocity, team-based environment. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Create, execute, measure and optimize best-practice marketing demand generation campaigns and processes globally for DS&S.
Conceptualize, execute, and optimize the marketing / sales lead funnel using industry best practices for marketing with a heavy emphasis on measurement and optimization.
Own and manage the lead generation process and systems.  – work hand in hand with marketing and sales leadership globally on a daily basis with an end-to-end lens to ensure achievement of joint goals for lead generation and sales.
Manage the execution of marketing campaigns for DS&S.  
Be the hands on expert in marketing automation and its connectivity to CRM.
Set up the programs in the marketing automation tool, integrate them into the CRM system and report on and analyze the programs.  
Creatively generate new marketing programs that create demand for products that address the digital transformation and connected consumer analytics software space.
Be a self-starter and individual contributor as part of a lean marketing organization.
Travel up to 15%.

Qualifications: 
5+ years in B2B marketing with 3+ years in a demand generation leadership role.
3+ years in a demand generation marketing role for technology companies in the digital transformation software and/or customer experience/journey analytics software space.
Understand digital transformation and customer experience/journey analytics software market. 
Advanced knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, interactive marketing and global demand generation, with a heavy emphasis on campaigns, process, measurement and analytics.
Deep hands on expertise using marketing automation tools, such as Act-On, Marketo, etc. 
Deep hands on experience using CRM tools, such as SalesForce, etc.
Knowledge of and experience with marketing demand gen third party vendors 
Analytical orientation – world-class analytical skills including marketing measurement and optimization.
Proactive self-starter, highly detail oriented.
Tremendous energy and drive; desire and creativity to continuously improve and push the bar higher.
Highly operational.
Bachelor degree required; MBA a plus
