Position Details: Business Development & Marketing Lead

Description:

Looking for hiring a US geography for leadership role .  Candidate should have a strong digital marketing background in banking & insurance domain. Responsible for growing CMO revenue for the business group.

Prior Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development in the geography and 5 years’ experience in marketing domain, preferably in Banking or Insurance. Worked in leading roles in business functions responsible for digital marketing, lead and customer acquisition, campaign strategy and management, driving sales and revenue growth leveraging digital channels. 
Should have relevant experience and exposure to digital marketing technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities:  

Enable and track revenue projections and business plan laid out for the CMO initiative
Meet customer marketing organisation stakeholders (CMO, CMO-1/2) along with client partners/BRMs to identify / nurture marketing opportunities, Understand customer needs and suggesting the appropriate Martech stack/ solutions for their needs.
Manage regular cordial connect with key ISU teams - BRMs/ Client partners/ Initiative SPOCs
Manage good relationship with geography delivery / practice teams like B&TS, Marketing, Research, CBO, MMU etc.
Promote our client's brand for marketing services in the industry by building relationship with key analyst firms / technology partners, hosting / enabling / participating in key industry events, writing whitepapers/ blogs/ articles etc.
Provide thought leadership by creating PoVs on key marketing trends & customers insights and sharing with BFSI leaders on regular basis
Contribute in marketing collateral building like brochures, fliers, videos etc.
Build partnership model with US marketing agencies to extend our delivery capabilities

Others (Desirable):

Should have relevant experience and good understanding of applicability and deployment of key Martech platforms and solutions for   digital marketing functions including lead and customer acquisition, campaign strategy and management. Should be able to assess and advise the customers on the right choice / deployment of relevant martech stack for their needs.

Qualifications: Post Graduate with MBA in Marketing (preferred)
