Job Title:
Ceridian’s DayForce (HCM) Solution Architect
Location:
Chicago, IL (2nd Option, Santa Clara, CA) 
Number of positions:
Two
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of HCM practice, the DayForce Solution Architect is responsible for successful DayForce  Implementation and go live
Guide clients through all project phases including discovery, design, configuration and testing
Provide configuration insights to each client's unique business requirements and provide insight on best practices
Assist clients in fully integrating the DayForce system into their existing  business environments
Advise client on different options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Be the DayForce SME and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle
Very efficient with time management  and timely reporting progress to higher ups
Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering DayForce solutions
Closely work with Our Client delivery team to ensure deliverables are met on time and budget

Required Skills:
At least 2 years of DayForce Implementation experience as a Solution Architect
Very strong HCM domain skills as a  functional lead in at least 3 of the following disciplines -  Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Time Tracking, Recruitment
DayForce certification is recommended
Strong experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
Experience in re-engineering HR business processes
Good understanding of Integration concepts

Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
CAN DO attitude
Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers 
Self-driven, motivated and results orientated 
Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling
Travel:
50-75%  may be required
