Description:
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who is looking for a good challenge to come and join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support a Our Client's Office with administrative tasks including but not limited to the below:
o Relieve management of all project administrative detail
o Manage Executives Calendar /Travel itinerary
o File T&E for Executives
o Event and meeting coordination including attendee transportation, hotel bookings, travel arrangements, A/V requirements, catering, etc.
o Document preparation
o Answer Incoming calls
o Maintain inventory of office supplies
o Filing
o Project Administration Coordination
o Take initiative in manager’s absence
o Compose correspondence/reports for own or Office Manager’s signature
o Arrange essential mail in priority action order and distribute to Our Client's staff
o Check deadlines on incoming requests and put preliminary work in play
o Process replies on own initiative or from Office Manager dictation or notes
o Research, draft or abstract reports
o Help raise invoices and general work related to Our Clients Intranet'
Requirements and Associated Attributes:
• 2-5 years of Administrative experience
• Proficiency with MS Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside vendors and clients
