Job Title: Workday Support Consultant
Location: Marlsbro, MA (Near Boston)
Number of positions: One
Responsibilities:
• Resolve Tickets and Complete service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Configuring and deploying change requests.
• Co-ordinate with business users and functional analysts to understand and validate requirements for system upgrades and/or enhancements.
• Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and work with cross-functional teams / vendor to ensure quick resolution.
• Workday Techno-functional Developer with a strong background and understanding of Workday configuration and integrations
• Experience in Workday delivery of integration support and functional support in HR processes
• Good understanding of business processes in Workday, EIB, Core connector, PICOF and Studio Integrations.
• Preferred certification :
o Workday Integration Certified professional
o ITIL Foundation
• Good understanding of business processes in Workday, EIB, Core connector, PICOF and Studio Integrations.
