Job Description:
 Advanced Analytics value engine of ITG develops and delivers innovative Analytics Solutions and Services to global manufacturing customers. 
 The Analytics team is seeking an experienced analytics lead to join a multi-disciplinary team for developing the next generation of analytics solutions, drawing on state of the art technologies including big data, mobility, cloud platforms, intelligent analytics and the Internet of Things (IoT), for solving business problems across various functions in manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
This individual will:
 Engage with global customers to identify new leads/requirements based on customer business challenges and strategies in Big Data Analytics domain.
 Provide thought leadership in building prototypes for potential opportunities across various functions within manufacturing industry.
 Define Analytics strategy and solutions along with technical requirements of the solutions to meet the demands of business requirements.
 Lead the design and development of analytic models and software applications using large data sets and real time information flows.
 Works collaboratively with software development teams, data scientists, systems engineers and analysts across multiple geographies and functions to develop and deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
 Demonstrate performance to business leadership and help deploy the application in enterprise customer IT architectures.
Qualification:
Must Have:
 Strong domain knowledge across all business functions in manufacturing industry
 Minimum of 5 years of  experience in leading analytics engagements globally
 Experience in customer facing roles and business development
 Experience in applying analytical models for solving business problems in Manufacturing industry
 Expert use of data mining methodologies such as classical regression, logistic regression, CHAID, CART, neural network, association rules, sequence analysis, cluster analysis, and text mining
 Strong business focus. Must excel at connecting business requirements to data mining objectives and to measurable business benefit.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills


Good to Have:
 MStat / other PG degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Manufacturing Operations Managements
