About NPI Domain Consultant Role:
• NPI Domain consultants are self-motivated, result oriented, subject matter experts with hands on experience in product development, business process engineering, program management and IT.
• NPI Consultants independently consult with customer leadership organization from CTO/VP, Engineering Directors and Chief engineers to develop and delivery transformational solutions.
• Collaborate with extended Our client organization and customer relationship management teams to define and articulate differentiating solutions. Thus help WIN large customer contracts.
• Thought leadership - Actively participate and contribute in industry forums to enhance our client brand
Responsibilities: NPI Domain Consultant – Aerospace and Process industry
• Revenue growth: Shall contribute to revenue growth by identifying and providing innovative solutions to customer opportunities.
• Business Consulting : Domain consultants shall engage in high value, strategic / transformational consulting engagements as industry advisors, solution architects, systems engineers, process architects and/or business analysts
• Thought leadership :
o Industry mindshare : Shall build and grow our client brand image by authoring and presenting technical papers in reputed international industry forums
o Social Media : Shall advocate our client Business 4.0 and Digital service offerings by authoring blogs and commentary in relevant industry focused social media forums
o Customer context : Shall build and share customer specific contextual knowledge thru internal knowledge sharing sessions
o Customer / Industry solutions: Shall develop innovate solutions to industry / customer specific opportunities and help articulate the solution to customer thru point of view, proof of concept / rapid porotypes
• Team mentoring : Shall mentor sales teams about NPI services, Coach and help delivery team members and junior NPI team members
• Organization development: Shall actively participate and support organizational initiatives and professional development / training activities.

• Bachelors / Masters in Engineering. MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Product development(preferably Aerospace and/or Process manufacturing industry), Engineering Systems and Operations management
• Hands on Experience in large transformational / product development programs preferred.
• Industry certifications relevant to Product development, systems engineering, Program management, Problem solving and/or Consulting
• Industry recognition: Additionally, if candidate has filed or has IP’s on its name, and/or has published significant papers in recognized journals etc., or presented in forums of repute – it will be significant plus.
