• Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
• Research sales opportunities, pursue leads and follow through to a successful contract
• Function as client’s escalation point, coordinating internal teams’ efforts as needed to resolve customer issues with satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal support groups to ensure that staffing and delivery requirements are met
• Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
Qualifications:
• Five years proven track record in IT sales and Client relationship Management preferably in Banking and Financial Services
• Effectively manage client relationships in order to meet or exceed annual sales goals. Includes understanding the Client's current and future needs in order to maintain, up-sell and cross-sell
• Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to the team and customers, in a clear and concise manner
• Prioritization and organization of tasks and objectives, excellent time management skills, ability to influence others
• Experience with a Top IT Services provided
• Experience turning around accounts
• Track record of building new business
Good to have skills:
• Good understanding of Digital Technologies - User Experience, Could, Analytics, API, AI & ML
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical analysis software
