One such strategic area identified is CASE Automotive Business (Connected Autonomous Shared & Electric Automotive Business).

Connected & Autonomous Cars as this space if often referred to, is one of the most exciting things happening in the industry today, and is seeing the convergence of Technology - software & hardware, IT and Automotive Engineering like never before to create a true Business 4.0 TM ecosystem. The industry value chain itself has expanded much beyond Automotive to cover Technology, Media & Communication, Insurance, Telecom and many others, and has touch points all the way from the Connected Car to the Connected Customer, Connected Home and potentially the Connected Workplace.
The CASE Auto Business team has chosen five key business focal points or ‘Product Tracks’, which are CASE Auto Academy & Practice, Autonomous Vehicle Development, Vehicle to Ecosystem Services, Fleet Business Services and Electric Vehicle & Battery Systems Business, each under a designated Product Manager.

Job Description:
The Analytics Lead will provide industry leading skills & expertise, business connects and insights for Vehicle to Ecosystem connected vehicle predictive and remote diagnostics solutions or warranty solutions by deploying appropriate strategy and driving growth in line with the company’s expectations. They are expected to establish strategic capability in the area of V2X predictive and remote diagnostics practice. Role may be expected to lead strategic client programs in part or full from time to time. The aspirants must be willing to operate in flat organization structures and across functional teams to leverage the best of capabilities available for a given requirement.
This role will join a team developing the next generation of V2X Connectivity/Vehicle to Ecosystem business solutions drawing on state of the art technologies including big data, mobility, cloud platforms, intelligent analytics and the Internet of Things (IoT), for solving business problems across product design, sales and after sales functions in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
Solutions- Envision and deploy tools / assets / solutions in the area of Vehicle to Ecosystem connected vehicle warranty or predictive and remote diagnostics solutions. Driving Business Growth – Connect with a portfolio of customers to drive revenue growth; participate in response of key RFPs etc. Practice Capability Building – Participate in defining & building industry leading capabilities. Team Building – Attract talent from the market, mentor & coach them. Work with partners to build scalable solution. Engage in client programs / projects in problem solving. Build solutions to scale as IP assets and work towards monetizing them. Nurture the solutions over the life cycle. Keep the solutions competitive at all times.
Measurement Metrics for the role include: (1) Revenue Generation (2) Assets & Solutions in area of Practice (3) Scale of Team (4) Client Engagements (5) Partner Engagement
Qualifications:
(1) 12-15 years of automotive industry experience from OEM / Tier 1 with global brands
(2) Hands on experience in warranty or automotive predictive and remote diagnostics domain with global OEM/Tier 1 brands. Experience in telematics, vehicle connectivity, vehicle to consumer, vehicle to infrastructure and/or smart cities analytics.
(3) Has provided leadership to at least one global brand automotive analytics program in either predictive maintenance, remote diagnostics and/or warranty for an extended period of time, with proven excellence in results.
(4) Worked on building assets / solutions in this space
(5) Demonstrated ability to work with business levels in client organizations
(6) Deep appreciation of technology and analytical tool sets
(7) Highly experienced in use of Telematics, DTC, ECU, sensor, datalogs, streaming, POS, Service data (Warranty Claims, Repair orders), call center, social, customer survey and similar structured and unstructured datasets. Ability to identify innovative analytical scenarios with this dataset.
(8) Minimum 10 years of experience in all of the following: Exploratory data analysis and presenting actionable insights to clients; Data and Dimension reduction, Association, Anomaly detection, Classification, Regression, Simulation, Optimization; Related algorithms such as PCA, K-means clustering, Naïve Bayes, Decision Trees, CT5, Random Forest, Neural Nets, LSTM, SVM, Linear regression, Logistic regression, Monte Carlo, NLP and text mining etc
(9) Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI
(10) Strong communication/presentation skills and ability to translate business requirements to analytic problem statements
(11) Domain knowledge across all functions in automotive industry, strong expertise in automotive product development domain and/or warranty domain. Excellent understanding of the main automotive subsystem performance and/or warranty processes.

(15) Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering; PG degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Advanced Analytics preferred.
