Position Details: Servitization Business Development Lead

Description:

To develop a pipeline of opportunities on Servitization for Manufacturing accounts and close them in time to achieve the TCV target

Responsibilities:  1. This is a unique role focused on building the mind share on  Our Client's Servitization offerings and platforms in the Manufacturing segment. 2. Understand the customer’s business environment, Products and Services and develop a value proposition that leverages Our Client's offerings for the client. 3. Partner with the Individual account Client Partners and work as a team. 4. Consultative selling of our offerings in the Servitization space (Products, Platform and Services)             Key KPIs – a. Servitization Partner image in customer mind, b. Pipeline # and value. c. Wins and Total Contract Value d. Revenue  e. Customer satisfaction

 Qualifications: Good knowledge of the market for Industrial segment in Manufacturing          Basic understanding of commercial products in IoT and Analytics         Strong expertise in the following areas – 1. Good Understanding of IoT, Products and Solutions in the Market  2. Service Process in the Discrete manufacturing domain (preferably Industrial machinery)  3. Service value chain for Manufacturing industry  4. Understanding or Product development process. Exposure to electronics in products

 1) Years of experience required for position

12- 15 years experience typically
  Atleast 2 years of experience in Business Development for IoT and Analytics 
Experience in sales of IT products and Platforms  
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales and Business Development 
 Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior management consulting or industry
