Position Details: Business Consultant Agribusiness Management.

Description:

Candidates will participate in the following 
• Facilitates requirements discussion towards stated business goals 
• Provides functional consulting and support on end-to-end business process issues 
• Conducts research on the required subjects and topics , global clients , new industry areas, and future trends
• Works on creating point of view, white paper and consulting articles. 
• Leads conceptual phase of project to stimulate discussions with clients
• Communicates effectively with technical teams & leadership
• Identifies business impacts and works to resolve scope and boundary issues
• Assists with business implications of any proposed changes to various application systems within business unit. 
• Assists in alignment of projects to client and internal business strategy.
• Manage the implementation of new information systems and developments in line with the client standards 
• Focuses on business process analysis and modeling. 
• Interacts with client and ensures integration of business processes and systems. 
• Creates and reviews business cases, use cases and test cases

Expected Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of business process workflow and ability to articulate 
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills word, power-point & excel. 
• Knowledge of Global Agriculture Business relating to multiple crops like Cereals, Rice, Wheat, Oil Seeds and/or fruits and Vegetables & understands the Global Agriculture commodity markets and value chain. 
• International Exposure in Business Consulting & IT is Good-to-Have
• Analytical skills including process, design, data relationship, measurements, and gap analysis
• Facilitation and team building skills
• Ability to establish rapport and relationships with individuals at all levels internally and externally
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

 Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree/4-year Degree in Agriculture or Allied fields
• 10+  years of experience as an analyst in the Agriculture industry with a balance of domain knowledge and developing information systems
