Description:
Business Relation Manager - 10 + years of IT experience and at least 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Account Management role. The accountability for the Business Relationship Manager will include P&L growth, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction. All of sales, delivery, and operations for the account. Sales , Account Operation Management , Open Source Technology background and Healthcare Payer Knowledge is preferable
Experience in digital technologies with the ability to activate audiences in fresh and innovative ways. You will lead client teams and work to help plan and optimize digital strategies across multiple channels, platforms, and tactics.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow our business and relationship with the account
Onsite Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the Director, VP, and CXO level.
Accountable for Revenue growth, Operating margin, Customer satisfaction, and Employee satisfaction
Work closely with the our client's Engagement Managers and customer side decision makers across Product Groups, IT Applications (ADM & Testing), IT infrastructure, Customer Service, and Corporate functions.
Define the approach and set the plan to expand this account by quarterly plans
Facilitating the team to present delivery successes in strong and positive way to drive growth and quality of business
Sales management through rigor in review of Pipeline and performance against plan on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Delivery management through scheduled engagement reviews between Customer(s) and Delivery leaders.
Drive demand generation strategy and execution through the customer facing teams.
Define and execute the Account specific marketing plan for building relationships and our Client's brand.
Collaborate with other horizontals of our client to penetrate into new areas, and drive growth in existing areas where our client has business
Lead the teams in publishing and presenting proposals (proactive as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
Interacting with Supplier relationship team from customer organization and maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.
Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies
Ability to present at senior levels, and executive levels
Ability to work with diverse teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
Ability to manage multi-cultural teams
Understanding of Open Source background is preferable
Understanding client needs and identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate business contracts and costs with customers as needed.
Developing business proposals and make product presentations for clients.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management or related discipline (An appropriate combination of education and directly related experience may satisfy this requirement).
