Description:
Overall experience of about 8-15 years in Automotive / Construction Equipment / Mining Equipment industry in Automotive lending and Equipment leasing or lending business. Experience in management and strategy consulting is desirable.
• Should have worked on or been a part of large business transformation initiative within the organization in dealership business or automotive lending process
• Expertise in captive auto lending processes pertaining to loan originations, customer servicing, collection, remarketing , wholesale , floorplan, portfolio management processes
• Familiarity with Dealer business operations including hands on experience working on any Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Advise large global captive lenders on Enterprise Architecture strategy
• Advise clients on auto finance transformation solution strategies
• Define conceptual architecture and design considering architecture best practices, client IT landscape and technology trends.
• Guide technical teams in solution design and implementation
• Lead solution stream as part of advisory assignments / projects for leading auto lenders
• Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent Our client.
• Contribute in presales and sales activities for RFP responses, proactive outreach, point of view and proof of concept demonstrations
• Ready to travel globally as needed
• Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative. Ability to lead Technical discussions during workshops.
Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Dealer business operations especially on Dealership Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations.
• Knowledge of working on any Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like CDK, Reynolds etc is desirable
• Knowledge of any financial systems in the market like FISERV, SHAW systems, ALFA or other systems is desirable
