Description:
The Agile Transformation Leader will strategize, plan and drive Agile and DevOps adoption across the unit. Must have strong knowledge of software development life cycle models and Agile and traditional project management principles. You will be responsible for defining, building, automating, integrating and operating all the tools needed for showing the path to a change, set being committed into the trunk on its way to the production environment.
You will work on a high performing team and serve as change agent, trainer and mentor for team members, Scrum Masters, Product Owners.
Responsibilities:
• Build Agile Strategy and Practice to execute strategy for the continued organizational adoption and improvement of agile practices
• Strong Agile values and principles, exhibiting a servant leadership mindset
• Enabling proposals for Enterprise Agile Transformations
• Drive SOW development and administration
• Manage a global technical team (onshore and offshore)
• Engage clients in issue resolution/ decisions and drive alternatives
• Knowledge and experience of implementing Scaled Agile frameworks
• Experience in leading automation and transformation initiatives
• Experience in implementing large scale distributed agile with teams in different geos and time zones
• Experience in setting up COE’s, operating models for different needs
• C Suite presentation capabilities and Executive presence
• Change management experience
• Familiarity with industry leading tools and technology stacks for implementing Agile, DevOps and other automation initiatives
• Agile Delivery/Transformation leader with at least 15+ years of execution experience preferably with large size organizations
• Serve as change agent, trainer and mentor for teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners across groups
Qualifications:
Must have:
• Knowledge of Agile Engineering practices including Enterprise Architecture, DevOps (CI-CD, Test Driven Development, etc.)
• Must have led Agile/DevOps transformation efforts for a large
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Expert Agile and Scrum Concepts, Influencing skills, Strategic Planning
• Working knowledge of handling hybrid environment (Agile and non-Agile)
• Risk management skills and experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence change at the team level
• Agile Certifications like CSM, CPO, CSP, Leading SAFe, Certified Scrum Professional
• Experience in Financial Services & Insurance domain will be good
• Years of experience required for position: 14+ Years, Last 5 Years in Agile Transformation engagements
