• Strong profile with a proven track record of success in selling technology outsourcing services into the BFSI Industry
• Ability to maintain strong sales management focus during sales cycles that are typically six months to one year in duration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations with senior-level business and technology executives at leading BFSI Companies
• Demonstrated organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills with the ability to work well in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to lead onshore and off-shore teams in all aspects of project delivery
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, on-site presentations, RFI response, multi-day client workshops, RFP submission, negotiation and deal signing. The candidate is the focal point for all communication and sales activities with prospects and customers.
• Provide support to customers during initial phases of an engagement. Follow up and ensure total client satisfaction through the life cycle of the relationship.
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust.
• Responsible for the effective delivery of multiple project components (technical and operational)
• Facilitate healthy relationships across program teams with diverse technical & non-technical roles
• Influence stakeholders and program participants through relationships skills
• Maximize account growth by identifying new revenue sources and then by promoting products and services
• Analyze and document business problems from the customer perspective, identifies trends and recommend solutions based on capabilities
• Regular connect with Clients at VP, CTO and CIO Levels for the delivery and identifying new opportunities (organic / adjacent)
• Assist account managers/client partner in related business development activities to grow mindshare and market share in the account
• Helps manage internal account operations - these include commercial operations, finance operations, process, coordination, resource onboarding etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree. Advanced Degree or MBA is preferred
