Description:
Responsible for managing Our client's relationships with targeted advisors in North America and will:
• Work with all our client's units to brief and position Our client's products and services to advisors.
• Broaden and deepen Our client's relationships with Advisors
• Work with advisors to bring in qualified opportunities
• Work with advisors to get coaching on on-going deals
• Plan, schedule and facilitate Advisor meetings with Our client's leaders
• Track and report all advisor deal and interaction activity
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for positioning our client as a thought-leader with the Advisors through frequent Executive meetings and briefings
• Responsible for deepening and tracking of relations with the Advisors
• Responsible for increasing the Wallet Share (Leads / RFP’s / Win Rate) of the TPA led pursuits, providing appropriate introductions and support to the MMU teams
• Focused GTM and market penetration activities with key TPA’s
• Lead and drive Advisory briefings, workshops, etc. across all verticals and service lines

Qualifications:
• IT / BPO background in sales and/ or consulting
• 5+ years of Advisory Relations as part of 15+ years of business experience
• Capability to build relationships at all levels (externally with Advisors and internally within our client)
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel 50%
• Understanding of and an ability to apply the relationship skills and communication skills requisite to succeed in large, complex Advisor led deal opportunities
• A masters like an MBA or MSA degree required
