Description:
Segment head manages the portfolio of accounts in a specific industry domain (Publishing and Education, Entertainment). As a P&L owner, he/ she will carry a target of growing the existing customer relationships and help acquisition of new customer relationships. In this role, he/ she will manage key customer stakeholders, relationship management team and delivery team for the accounts in the portfolio. This roles needs expertise as a leader in the industry domain.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and execute on the segment business plan and support client partners develop account business plan
• Manage relationship with key customer stake holders including CXO level relationships
• Understand strategic needs of customer and develop a long term growth strategy accordingly
• Provides thought leadership in developing and executing solution
• Identify and develop market focused solutions that solve customer business problems
• Manage client relationships at one or more accounts with a clear focus on creating a top-notch client experience
• Creates opportunities to engage with client stakeholders in domain and technology specific dialogue to promote our client's business interests and image as a thought leader
• Handle escalations and negotiate with the customers, as required
• Practices a disciplined approach to forecast revenue every month and manage profitability of the account(s)
Qualifications: Candidate should have minimum qualification of BE/BTech/BS or equivalent degree
