Digital Marketing Writer, Business & Technology Services, Client's, US
This newly-created, mid-level management, full-time position (based in the US) will report directly to the B&TS M&C Global Digital Marketing Lead
Key responsibilities:
• oversee the efforts of 1-2 India-based resources and 1-2 external marketing agencies
• develop rich and engaging social content for B&TS on Twitter & LinkedIn
• build lists of key influencers on Twitter and key communities on LinkedIn to increase engagement
• track share of voice on social and traditional media via dashboards and report regularly
• follow, track and report competition on social and traditional media via dashboards and report regularly
• identify and manage internal our client'scand external (all other) social media content curation
• create and implement employee engagement calendar/activities to boost traffic and drive engagement
• write B2B m-audience web copy for the B&TS microsite and our client's site
• coordinate the publication of B&TS unit content on TCS corporate website
• create templates and engagement plans for social promotions on our client corporate, geo & partner channels

Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (a certification in digital marketing is a plus)
• 5+ years experience managing social media channels and writing digital copy in a B2B environment
• operate in a virtual environment with teams which span several geographies, time zones and cultures
• early-AM calls and very infrequent travel
• proficient with entire Microsoft Office suite, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Sprout Social, WordPress and Photoshop experience are all preferred
