Description:
The Senior Technical Recruiter is primarily responsible for the active sourcing, growth, and maintenance of the candidate pool for professional-level technical positions through tradition means (reviewing applications and resumes via the applicant tracking system) and non-traditional means (via social media, LinkedIn, college outreach, job boards, other networking means, etc.). In addition, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for acting as a primary contact for Staff Talent Acquisition as it pertains to department and/or candidate inquiries and problems identifying and delivering the appropriate consultation and guidance for resolutions. The Senior Recruiter is responsible for interviewing candidates, performing due diligence, reviewing and approving employee staffing actions, extending offers, and facilitating new hire orientations. As directed, the Senior Recruiter is responsible for collaborating with the Manager, Talent Acquisition and other Recruiters regarding goals and initiatives, recruitment strategies, education, and evaluation of operations and efforts.
