Position Details: Component Development Engineer - Plastics

Experience in New Product Introduction high volume assembly line, preferably in medical devices or auto industry

Experience in interacting with suppliers, design and equipment teams to support development of Plastic components

Sound understanding of GD&T, manufacturing process qualification for Plastic Injection Molded parts, preferably for medical devices / auto industry

Process characterization, DoE

Experience with component qualification (PPAP), Engineering Documentation

Experience with MSA, execution of Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility studies

Experience in Component Development, preferably in medical devices / auto industry

Must have fundamental understanding of project/ program management
