Position Details: Digital Program Director-EIS : PLC Program Development on GE-Fan

Job Description:   

Digital Program director with over all Technical Program Management experience – 15 to 20 years 

•Industry experience Hi Tech, CPG, Retail 

•Prior experience of defining Digital world class platform, strategy and roadmap connecting all Digital touch points 

•Managing Ecommerce (B2B, B2C) Senior Digital Business and IT stakeholders management – direct day to day interaction, presentation and conduct workshops, meeting 

•More than 10 to 15 Agile teams end to end management, excellent delivery management with every changing technology, drive technolgy transformation 

•Experience in managing Enterprise Architecture, Hybris, AEM, Java, DevOps, Microservices, Opensource,UX, AWS, end to QE. Drive digital transformational Programs with new ideas, develop quick POC and go to market strategy 

Responsibilities:  

Global client stakeholders management, Global delivery and resource management ,Excellent stakeholder management, communication and collaboration with cross function teams Innovation and flexibility to adapt client demanding Digital technologies 

           Drive end to end new Proposals, solutions with the outcome new Sales opportunities and   revenue generation
