Position Details: Manager, Initial Learning Program-Agile Way of Working
Description:
The candidate will take the role of planning & execution of various fresher training programs to groom Client trainees in Digital technologies. The candidate will also be expected to support relevant Talent Development initiatives across North America as required.
Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to understand the demand for trainees in each of the business units, identify the skill sets that they need to be trained in.
Work with Hiring teams to ensure the necessary trainee pipeline is identified on time
Work with our internal trainers/SME to ensure appropriate training curriculum based on the technical needs of business teams is created and is mutually signed off between relevant stakeholders
Work on batching trainees into relevant training groups, ensure logistics, trainer availability and seamless execution of all training programs.
Work with trainees to engage them prior to joining and provide all necessary support to ensure seamless onboarding and training experience.
Work with workforce management teams to ensure appropriate allocation to projects
Work with trainees
Additional responsibilities:
Own and support assigned initiatives in the North America Talent Development team
Qualifications:
• Experience in delivering training or onboarding in the past.
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs to support technical initiatives
• Strong Analytical abilities
