Description:
Drive the transformation agenda our LS NA clients by creating and guiding the delivery of overarching and holistic solutions across business and technology areas covering industry and Client specific products, platforms and solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Architecting and anchoring transformation roadmap definition and execution for complex engagements in LS
• Delivering solutions that are outcome driven from an end client perspective in terms of the fulfilment of key high level objectives like driving growth, accelerating time to market, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, NPI, etc.
• Being able to understand the agendas and interact at a CxO and VP level within our client base
• Advise on the best way forward for our clients on CxO agenda items [listed in bullet 2] by driving on related experience of having done so earlier at multiple clients
• Contribute significantly to adding and winning new logos through prior experience, industry leading thought process and execution insights
- Creating compelling solution approaches to loosely stated/broadly defined client needs that span multiple business and tech areas
• Guiding team members with uni-dimensional skills and orchestrating individualistic approaches into a coherent overall methodology in proactive pitches and RFP responses. These would include best business practices, emerging tech usage, proposing creative engagement and commercial models to ensure win-win situations for Our Client and their clients
• Bringing together our Client wide solutions and services to client advantage in order to enable seamless movement to Business 4.0TM
• Working with client business and IT organizations, by being a true partner, demonstrating thought leadership and providing advisory services backed by implementation depth. Help business capture innovation; think through corporate strategy, while putting technology to work in achieving it.
• Mentoring solution team members to design, develop and implement holistic solutions along with apprenticeship based training
Qualifications:
(a) Skill Profile
• Extensive solutioning experience (at least 10-15 large transformation engagements) in LS
• Business driven outcomes achievement and Improvement experience (as a part of her/his experience portfolio) is critical
• Technically strong with deep insight into the application landscapes of LS companies
• Experience across the entire deal lifecycle right from first calls, building high quality collateral development, proactive proposals, solution approaches, statements of work
• Must have handled at least 10 large programs leveraging multiple business areas and technologies including Big Data, Cloud, IOT, Data sciences and new newer technologies like Block Chain - requiring co-ordination with multiple teams to construct an integrated enterprise level solution
• Deep business acumen- good understanding of US Healthcare, Pharma and MDD markets. Also knowledge of industry and market trends [global, regional and local]
• Clear thinking and articulation [presentation and written communication] and extensive customer engagements and client management
• Data oriented personality who strongly advocates data driven decision making
• Excellent communication, people management and customer facing expertise
• Ability to evolve, reinvest, unlearn and learn emerging technologies
• Strong analytical, consulting and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates highly developed analytical and conceptual skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems

(b) Required domain expertise/capabilities
• Industry leading knowledge in LS covering pharma, medical devices and diagnostics
• Depth knowledge of business processes [R&D, manufacturing, sales and marketing, distribution, etc.] within Pharma and MDD
• Sound understanding of IT landscapes across LS sub segments
(c) Educational Background
• BPharm / BTech / BE with MBA or Masters in Computer Science
(d) Geo Experience
• US focused
• Global exposure and experience would be an added advantage.
