Description:
Provide Avisory and Consulting activities to evangelize holistic Digital and Business Transformation Strategies that enable new growth opportunities proactively (i.e. Demand Creation) besides supporting RFI/RFPs on critical engagements (i.e. Demand Capture) for CMI client base across the globe.
Responsibilities:
· Works with the respective Client Partners and ISU leadership, along with MMU leaders, in respective geographies (NA, LATAM, EUR/UK, ANZ) to realize OBV targets
· For the respective geography, leads ‘whitespacing’ discussions with respective Client Partners and BRMs to increase the quantity and quality of opportunities, especially at the top of the funnel
· Provides support for all the strategic opportunities in the Demand Capture pipeline
· Responsible for the overall quality of deliverables (proposition-related artefacts, presentations, demos etc.)
· Provide inputs to the IAG leadership in identifying next-gen opportunities and scoping them for building a healthy pipeline
· Work closely with the respective proposition leads (Customer Experience, Business Simplification, Data and Analytics etc.) to provide inputs on the emerging digital trends and consumer preferences
· Partner with the Marketing Strategy Support Teams to develop the strategic profile for a client (including outside-in analysis)
· Develop POVs, including participation in industry events and seminars, to improve branding for IAG and Client
· Develop Whitepapers on seminal topics and ensure publications of the same in leading industry journals, to improve branding for IAG and Client
· Become a vocal brand evangelist, highlighting the role of Client as a ‘thought leader’ in the domain of CMI
Qualifications: Engineering in Communications Field, with an MBA Preferred
Years of experience required for position: 15+ years
