Role: Engagement Manager - SAP S/4HANA Customer Service /Service Management (CS/SM) - NextGen - Global Consulting Practice

Job Description and Responsibilities:
GCP NextGen is looking to hire a SAP CS Engagement Manager for the
Global Consulting Practice. The candidate will be responsible for:
•Developing efficient, well structured, well documented End to End
solutions for SAP S/4HANA Customer Service /Service Management (CS/SM)
•Driving Integration with cross module integration with SAP /S4HANA SD, FI and MM
•Understanding how applications support business processes and appling this knowledge to solve defined business problems
•Designing and delivering high quality solutions through system
configuration and/or requesting technical development that meet overall
business requirements
•Interfacing with business process owners to facilitate process improvement and developing new functionality.
•Developing documentation like BPD, FDS for FUT for processes
•Configuring and providing guidance around service Business process in SAP S4 HANA
•Understanding customer needs and quantifying appropriate actions
•Designing, documenting, and implementing unit, integration, and parallel test plans
•Partnering with the business and jointly develop technology enabled solutions
Required Experience & Skills
•Knowledge of Process Flows in SAP S/4HANA Service solution
•Experience configuring and delivering SAP S/4 solutions with
Service Contracts; Warranties; Notifications; Repair Orders; Service
Orders; Pricing; Resource related billing
•Experience working with business process flows for consignment sales.
•Experience working with functionality of Equipment; Serialization; Task lists, SAP Installed Base
•Understanding of the ASAP methodology and SAP Activate
•Knowledge of integration with third party application such as SFDC, CPQ etc. with SAP is a plus
•Must have at least 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PM or CS/SM and its integration with SD OTC processes
•Must have ability to perform configuration for SAP PM or CS/SM along with integration knowledge of modules like SD and MM
•Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, and staffing
•Must be capable of functioning with only limited oversight. Strong
verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work
effectively internally and externally
•Able to understand and adhere to change management procedures and internal guidelines
•Collaborate with team members to find solutions for complex problems and promote continuous improvement on services
•Experience managing 5 to 10 resources
•Willingness to travel up to 100%
•Bachelors degree or equivalent required
