Business Development Manager providing solutions to the existing and new customer in the Automotive domain.
Responsibilities:
'• Foster positive relationships with existing and new customers as their primary point of contact
• Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
• Work with sales teams to generate new business

Educational:
-> Engineering Degree (Must – Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical), Management Degree (Good to have)
Competencies:
• 15+ years’ experience in Automotive Engineering Domain, preferably with an OEM or a Tier 1 Suppliers directly or through a service provider
• Good knowledge of all the phases of Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of product development process
• Good to have worked in Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS)/Infotainment/ E-Mobility Domain
• Proven experience as a Sales Director for Auto Industry
• Project management experience
• Experience working with Global Teams
• Background in Sales/Pre-Sales and customer relationship management is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Customer-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Sharp business acumen
• Problem-solving aptitude
