Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales for B2B Payments, Merchant Services and Data portfolio. The associate will have revenue targets and his or her performance will be measured on that
- Primary responsibility will include doing Sales, generating revenue, understanding customer’s business landscape, business priorities, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, improvements, and transformation.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with key stake holders at different levels (Director, Senior Director, VP) in the customer organization, and ensuring their individual success in engagements with TCS.
- Understand TCS services, and solutions across IT, Business, and Engineering, and other TCS service lines. Contextualize, and combine those services and solutions to meet customer needs and owning the end-to-end sales cycle. Build new offerings and influencing TCS and customer stake holders to invest into new offerings based on Industry trends, and customer objectives.
- Generate demand through various workshops, cold calls, thought leadership articles, and other marketing activities.
- Develop proactive proposals, response to RFPs and RFIs. Financial management including invoicing, margins, and payments.
- Own the governance process with the customer, procurement, and compliance organizations. Building the culture of innovation with TCS and customer teams. Act as mentor for the service delivery team.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: MBA- Marketing & Sales
- Total experience should be 15 to 20 years and should have prior experience for the following:
- Card & Payments IT sales; this includes B2B Payments, Merchant Services and Data portfolio
- Sales, Generating revenue, Understanding customer’s business landscape, business priorities, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, improvements, and transformation
- Developing proactive proposals, response to RFPs and RFIs. Financial management including invoicing, margins, and payments
- Generating demand through various customer workshops, cold calls, thought leadership
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Should be good with Customer relationship management with Customer Senior Leadership
