Description:

The candidate must be a strong leader who meets our Experience Transformation Group Account Director needs and to drive effective experience strategy for our Healthcare clients. This role will be responsible for engaging the client and managing the business that leads to effective new business development with the Healthcare Industry. A Healthcare subject matter expert with 10+ years industry experience. Build strong long-term relations with the clients throughout their organization. This includes having strong expertise in employee and customer experience strategy and how it impacts corporate, operations, brand, and marketing. This person must also have an entrepreneurial spirit and assist in developing the Experience Transformation strategic direction and planning ensuring that our services align with the customer’s needs. 

This role will interact with brand and corporate directors, and vice president-level clients to build strong relationships and lead to business development. Take a leadership position to assist clients in redefining their vision and the delivery of experience transformations aimed at creating/maximizing value of the client’s core customer ongoing engagements
This candidate will work with and lead clients to identify key external and internal needs that identify new business opportunities 
Lead working group team in new business efforts and provide proactive ideas that through the industry understanding that will impact the client corporate and brand goals, objectives, and strategies 
Work within the business development team to proactively lead and participate in developing new business opportunities, proposals, presentations and furthering the growth of the organization
Working alongside marketing strategy and the consulting partners to prepare and present vision, ideas, recommendations, to C-Level executives to drive experience subject matter expertise that leads to forward moving initiatives and new business
Be expected to set new business and sales goals and report on them quarterly
Contribute to driving TCS’ Thought Leadership and Innovation agenda by demonstrating their expertise regarding current and emerging industry strategic digital and marketing trends with authoritative speaker engagements and publishing 
Be a strong Healthcare industry thought leader and authority in experience and marketing regarding current and emerging strategic digital and marketing trends
Work with the internal experience marketing strategy team and others in the planning, and executing of clients’ customer experience business, operations, and marketing needs 
Qualifications: 
BA in business, marketing or related fields, and MBA or equivalent preferred
10 – 15+ years of combined experience in account management in the Healthcare industry that focused on advancing client business
10+ years of leading and managing groups and/or teams of client services professionals
A proven track record and profile of driving client new business
Strong financial acumen related to estimating and budgeting managed budgets, estimates for ongoing engagements
A deep appreciation Experience Transformation and what is required to drive our client’s internal operations and their customer engagement marketing 
Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility and trust for client and internal pitches and proposals
Have deep experience, skills collaborating effectively with people and other groups
Strong appreciation of data and analytics, and uncovering and driving customer insights 
Demonstrate a consistent over-achievement of client deliverables 
Demonstrate and execute the balance of risk management and expedient decision making 
Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.
