ServiceNow Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, configuration, and development.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems and platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- 1. ServiceNow Expertise:
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including modules such as ITSM, CMDB and ITAM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML).
- Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- 2. Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM
- Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) is highly desirable.
