About Industry Excellence Group (IEG):
The IEG is the Consulting arm of the unit delivering Business Consulting & Advisory Services across functions of Research & Development, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Production , Customer Experience & Sustainability. These are enabled by leading edge technology as applied to business problem solving. These focused capabilities are in the areas of Digital Technologies, Business Intelligence & Analytics, SAP, and Oracle. Core services emerge out of Digital Re-imagination, Simplification / Complexity Reduction, Enterprise Risk Management, Sustainability and Business Transformation.
Consultant will be part of this team focusing on Paper Pulp Packaging Advisory directly working on consulting and delivering value-added projects.
Responsibilities:
1) Facilitate discussions with the client to elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements.
2) Define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution.
3) Develop and present a plan and proposal to implement the recommended changes.
4) Support Direct Sales team on the Business development activities such as pursuit development and production of thought leadership papers and presentations.
5) Provide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities.
6) Identifies business impacts and works to resolve scope and boundary issues.
Qualifications:
Expected Knowledge and Skills
1) 15+ years of Advisory, Consulting or Working Industry Experience in Paper Pulp & Packaging Industry Vertical areas namely using one of the materials - paper, plastic, metal, or glass.
2) Must have a keen interest in all aspects of providing advisory services across business functions across multiple areas of Research & Development, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Excellence, Customer Experience & Sustainability.
3) Firsthand experience of leading successful advisory & consulting projects & programs.
4) Able to analyze data at basic |advanced level to provide meaningful insights for decision making including drive related analysis including company benchmarking.
5) Must have exposure to atleast one ERP or MES platform as applied to Paper Pulp Packaging Industry
6) Have exposure to Technologies like Analytics, Cloud, Automation, Digital, etc.
7) Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
8) Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service.
9) Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads.
10) A worthy collaborator, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team.
11) High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams.
12) Confidence and maturity to collaborate with senior client executives.
