The Configure-Price-Quote Domain Consultant will require the below…
• Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation.
• Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales, and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies.
• Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc
• Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers
• Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent TCS
• Experience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ (Salesforce / Oracle / SAP) consulting including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, define strategy, and business case.
• At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience in the platform. Experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios will be preferred.
• Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platform. Review and approve data model for the project
• Experience in enabling guided selling process for channel partners and customers
• Guide technical teams in design and implementation
• Strong understanding of B2C and B2B CPQ best practices, use cases, architecture principles
• Exposure to integration patterns / mechanism for leading CPQ products
Responsibilities:
• Define Front Office transformation (including CPQ) roadmap and strategy, product evaluation and solution design for manufacturing clients
• Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects
• Identify opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships in TCS ecosystem
• Lead RFP responses and contribute
• Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative.
• Track emerging business models and trends for its applicability in manufacturing.
• Build connects with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key Industry forums and publish thought leadership articles
Qualifications:
• Experience in Sales, CRM, CPQ, Marketing and Service initiatives
• Experience in consulting and transformation engagements
• Knowledge of various Sales, CPQ, Marketing and CRM technologies
• 10+ years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
