In line with these, the TCS Practice Head for Healthcare Providers will spearhead efforts to significantly expand TCS' presence in the healthcare provider industry through our solutions and services using digital technologies.
The Practice Head will define the strategy, build an opportunity pipeline and develop healthcare provider specific offerings to serve the growing needs of our existing and new provider customers.
The Practice Head will engage with the C-Suite of our customers’ business and will represent TCS at industry conferences and events, thereby establishing TCS as a leading player in the Provider segment.
The Practice Head will report to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the HCMT Business Unit, based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
• Define strategy, build an opportunity pipeline, and develop offerings tailored to US healthcare providers
• Demonstrate thought leadership and craft futuristic Point of Views for our Provider Businesses customers (existing and new)
• Expand TCS's presence in the US healthcare provider industry in close collaboration with teams across TCS.
• Engage with C-Suite executives and represent TCS at industry events, positioning TCS’s capabilities
Qualifications:
Pre-Requisites:
• Deep understanding of US healthcare provider industry.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation programs for healthcare providers.
• Good appreciation of futuristic and legacy technologies.
• Strategic and Lateral Thinking ability.
• Outcome focused through an organized and disciplined approach.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite and senior executives.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work effectively in a matrix-managed environment and across diverse groups.
Prior-Experience:
• Total 20 years, with 15+ years across US Healthcare Provider industry
• Experience in driving Digital Transformational projects for US Healthcare Providers
Years of experience required for position : 20 +Years
Location for the position : Location is flexible
Salary Range: $170,000-$223,400 a year
