Position Details: Transformation Director-Innovation and Transformation Consulting

The Transformation Director will lead IT transformation projects at Sony Pictures, aligning IT initiatives with business goals, optimizing operations, and delivering strategic IT solutions. This role ensures successful implementation of the proposed transformation initiatives, process improvements, and continuous innovation across the SPE IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership:
• Define and lead the IT transformation roadmap, ensuring business alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with senior executives and business units to drive transformation initiatives.
• Manage expectations and ensure clear communication.
• Program Management:
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Implement governance frameworks and track project performance.
• Operational Excellence:
• Identify and execute opportunities for process optimization and IT modernization.
• Promote innovation, automation, and best practices in IT management.
• Financial Oversight:
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Maximize ROI for IT investments.
• Change & Adoption:
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Risk Management:
• Identify risks, ensure compliance, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications: 

BE/BTech, MS, MBA
