Position Details: Client Partner- Customer Relationship Management
Description:
To Manage Sales and Delivery for Strategic Customer accounts and to ensure growth & profitability of the accounts. Responsible for continuous improvement in the customer Satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction index.
Key Responsibilities include the following:
1. Revenue P&L Management – Drive Revenue/ Profit growth targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management at CXO Level.
3. Delivery Management – Ensure Cross geographic synergy and Managing in Cross Geographic Delivery execution. Managing Key Metrics that matters.
4. Resource Planning – Optimal utilization of resources towards effective implementation.
5. Team Management – Manage Direct repartees and set challenging and clear goals.
6. Personal Development.
