Description:


Role Overview
o You will drive and oversee strategic supply chain solutions using Oracle OTM in Supply Chain across varied industries such as Life Sciences and Medical Device segments. You will focus on ensuring that project deliverables align with strategic business objectives and ensure value realization through the solutions implemented.

Key Responsibilities
o Manage and deliver comprehensive project cycles from conception to completion, including budget, scope, and project risks.
o Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly into client environments.
o Foster strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
o Drive innovation within supply chain processes through strategic use of Oracle OTM platform leveraging industry best practices to enhance client competitive advantage.
o Perform business discovery sessions, solution design, fit gap analysis, product implementation, site rollouts, enhancements, upgrades/migrations and life cycle management using Oracle OTM.
o Advocate and implement Agile and DevOps methodologies to streamline project execution.
o Analyze, design, and implement solutions using OTM to meet transportation and supply chain requirements.
o Configure OTM modules such as order management, shipment planning, execution, and freight settlement.
o Develop and manage customizations, integrations, and workflows using OTM's technical tools.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into OTM configurations or custom solutions.
o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
o Participate in the migration of OTM from on-premise to cloud.
o Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for OTM systems.
o Document and communicate all Oracle OTM techno-functional aspects of design.
o Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and understanding E2E technical data flows

Required Experience & Skills
o Extensive consulting & project management experience with a focus on supply chain solutions in different industries, preferably in Life Sciences and Medical Device segments
o 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
o Expert in Supply Chain orchestrating end-to-end solution in client operations using Oracle OTM Platform
o Strong knowledge of transportation and supply chain management processes.
o Expertise in both functional and technical aspects of OTM.
o Experience with OTM integrations, including ERP systems, Elemica, or similar platforms.
o Prior experience with OTM Cloud (SaaS).
o Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML for custom development and reporting.
o Familiarity with OTM tools such as workflow agents, data query configurations, and OTM APIs.
o Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with stakeholders and team members.
o Knowledge of third-party integrations for rate shopping, carrier management, and AES filing.

Desirable Attributes
o Experience in high-level strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
o Advanced certifications in Oracle OTM solutions
o Skills in Oracle eBusiness Suite and Global Trade Management will give given preference.
o Participate in the migration of OTM from on-premise to cloud.
o Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance for OTM systems.
o Document and communicate all Oracle OTM techno-functional aspects of design.
