Description:
This position will analyze the existing SFDC ecosystem and provide
BA responsibilities in the rollout of the CLM tool. This position
provides process impact review, systems impact, and functional user
analysis with the functional business team utilizing the CLM tool. The
Business Analyst role requires understanding and implementation of CLM
best business practices to improve the overall CLM experience for the
business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• SFDC and CLM Solution Architect – minimum 7 years of experience preferable
• Experience in onsite
functional roles on at least two medium to large scale full-lifecycle
SFDC/CLM implementations, with strong expertise in Apttus/Conga CLM tool
and at least two of the following Salesforce the areas/modules:
o Sales Cloud
o Service Cloud
o Marketing Cloud
• Strong functional knowledge
of Quote-To-Cash, Configuration, Contract Lifecycle Management processes
(redlining, contract negotiation, 3rd party paper, approval workflows,
fees schedules, etc.)
• Certifications is a must - Apttus/Conga CLM and either SFDC Administrator or Developer
• Ability to do design and configuration of the Apttus modules per business requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment
• Jira Agile tool experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Additional Responsibilities:
• The SA role will consult,
educate, facilitate, and communicate knowledge and application of system
tools/processes to all the functional business stakeholders and the
Apttus/Conga CLM tool implementation.
• The role requires strong
collaboration and interpersonal skills across the Information Services
teams in the organization. This includes functional and technical teams
across on-site and offshore partners to deliver knowledge transfer of
requirements and functional design.
• The Solution Architect will
work with Development Teams in creating functional specifications and
present Proof of Concept / Conference Room Pilot to the business
stakeholders with proposed solutions generated from the System
Architects.
• The SA may need to work with
BA/test teams to develop and execute testing and remediate issues
identified during test cycles. They will manage and drive to completion
the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the CLM changes, and coordinate
defect resolution. This includes pre-meetings to develop and approve
testing scripts with the Business Stakeholders and offshore teams.
• The Solution Architect will
participate in the deployment planning and final production deployment
of the solutions and support users in any post deployment issues.
