TCS is currently looking for a Director – Solutions, Health &
Human Services within the TCS US Public Services unit reporting to the
Unit Head for U.S. Public Services. The Director- Solutions, Health and
Human Services will be responsible for TCS solutions and offerings for
the Public Sector (Federal, State and Local) in the Health and Human
Services domain.
The candidate will manage existing offerings and solutions and
develop new offerings and solutions for this market segment and domain.
The candidate will work with the TCS teams in various domains like
Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance etc. along with horizontal solution
units to establish the Solution Practice and develop this line of
business.
The key responsibility of this senior managerial role is to drive
profitable growth in the Health and Human Services domain for the Public
Sector segment in US. The segment will have coverage over the entire
portfolio of HHS covering Medicare, Medicaid, Child Support and Family
Welfare, SNAP, TANF etc. and will cover all mission centric offerings in
this space.
Responsibilities
• Ensure profitable growth in the Health and Human Services domain of the Public Sector Segment
• Consolidate existing offerings and develop new offerings and solutions in the HHS space
• Manage the offering life cycle – conception, development, branding and positioning and continuous upgrade
• Work closely with the Sales and Presales teams to create and nurture new market opportunities
• Work with Presales team to deliver winning solutions and proposals
• Have oversight of delivery of all customer engagements for all the HHS offerings
• Building and managing the HHS domain brand for TCS Public Services Unit
• Build and nurture relationships with key agency executives to position our solutions and our brand
• Establish and manage partnerships and alliances for the offerings
Location & Travel Requirements
• The preferred location for the candidate is Cincinnati or Chicago. Open to other locations as well.
• The selected candidate is expected to travel to meet with prospective and existing customers across Unites States
• There will also be internal travel to successfully execute the responsibilities of the role
Qualifications:
• A deep understanding of the Health and Human Services space in the State and Local segment
• At least 15+ years of experience between domain and technology responsibilities
• 10+ years of experience in the US Public Services market segment working with multiple States and agencies
• Detailed understanding and
experience with multiple Health and Human Services programs like TANF,
Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, IES etc.
• Experience in Consultative Solution centric sales
• Proven experience with building solutions in the US State HHS space
• Strong network of senior executives in the U.S. Public Sector.
• The ideal candidate should
have a solid understanding of current U.S. Public Sector ecosystem,
organization protocols, trends and operating philosophies.
• Must be able to demonstrate
an ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact programs that have
yielded a significant “return-on-investment”.
• Strong relationship and
interpersonal skills. This role has many internal stakeholders and the
successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a
diverse environment
• Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility and trust.
• Adhere to all TCS Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Excellent written, oral and verbal communication skills a must
• Masters or Bachelors degree from a leading college
