Description:
Key responsibility is to generate qualified Opportunity Pipeline
through proactive connects, market research, account mining public
tender notifications, pro sales and deal conversion, Customer
relationship Management, SAP Liaisons, Engagement health check. Drive
growth working closely with ISU and MMU teams, drive pre-sales
activities, solution designing, Own the solution and deliver the pitch
at client orals. Engage deeply with client during sales cycle.
Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of complex and
large transformation engagements at TCS clients.
Drive a minimum 30% YoY growth in TSS ESU opportunity pipeline for
implementation /transformation programs, support engagements, and a 20%
YoY revenue growth from new opportunity conversion and key account
mining. Improve customer relationship health status, engage in project
delivery reviews and escalation management.
Qualifications:
• Must have consulting background with big 4 consulting firms in the last 5 years.
• Graduate; post grad
• Good understanding of ERP (SAP) product offerings, especially SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and GBU products
• Strong Process knowledge in FICO preferably a Solution Architect level experience in FICO.
• Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Strong presentation and articulation skills
• Knowledge of relevant
geography market for SAP ERP software, market and product trends, niche
and boutique players in SAP ERP and Analytics system implementers, SAP
ERP System implementer competition landscape and competition strengths
& weaknesses
• Knowledge of SAP
Corporation’s sales organization structure for the respective Geography
and key contacts like Account Directors, Product sales leads is
preferred, Networking skills with business prospects is required.
• Strong experience in
sales/presales/business development/delivery for ERP implementation and
support services in relevant geography market.
• Experience in ERP implementation service pre-sales/delivery for at least three large ERP Cloud transformation engagements
• Additional experience in project management, change management in large transformation engagements will be preferred.
• Experience in working on joint go to market initiatives will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in generating sales leads and connects from events like SAP Sapphire and other real/virtual networking platforms.
