Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Partner to drive
growth and deepen client relationships within our CMIportfolio. As part
of TCS’ global Salesforce practice, you will be responsible for leading
strategic account engagements, driving revenue growth, and ensuring
customer success and program delivery. This is a growth-oriented
leadership role that blends sales leadership with program oversight and
customer outcomes, offering you the opportunity to impact both top-line
growth and long-term client success.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders,
helping them unlock the full value of Salesforce solutions. In addition
to your sales responsibilities, you will be accountable for delivery
excellence, client satisfaction, and risk management across complex,
multi-million-dollar programs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth Leadership
• Own the sales strategy and execution for Salesforce services and solutions within your assigned industry portfolio.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including pipeline generation, revenue growth, and margin contribution.
• Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, shaping pursuits, and guiding proposal development.
• Mine and identify additional
business opportunities within portfolio accounts and align TCS
resources to develop and nurture sales opportunities
• Establish and align relationships with key Salesforce industry and account leaders related to your portfolio accounts
• Establish and nurture C-level and senior executive relationships, positioning TCS as a strategic Salesforce partner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative, industry-relevant solutions to market.
Client Relationship & Account Management
• Serve as the overall
relationship lead for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment between
client needs and our Salesforce capabilities.
• Act as the voice of the client, advocating for their priorities internally while managing expectations and outcomes.
• Drive account planning and
execution, including opportunity road mapping, quarterly business
reviews (QBRs), and client satisfaction initiatives.
• Program Delivery & Risk Management
• Provide executive oversight
for Salesforce program delivery across your accounts, ensuring on-time,
on-budget execution with high quality.
• Guide delivery teams in issue resolution, escalation management, and resource alignment.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• 10+ years in technology consulting, with at least 5 years in Salesforce-related roles
• Proven track record of sales leadership, delivering multi-million-dollar, multi-cloud Salesforce programs
• Deep understanding of
Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud,
Industry Clouds, and emerging technologies (Agentforce, GenAI, Data
Cloud, etc.)
• Experience in complex program delivery, including multi-vendor environments and global implementations
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and escalation processes
• Exceptional relationship management and client advisory skills at the executive level
• Industry domain expertise,
bringing insight and relevance to client conversations – preferred
industries include Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Life
Sciences, Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing,
Telecommunications
• Bachelor’s degree required;
advanced degrees and Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g.,
Salesforce Certified, Industry Specialist certifications)
